Emma disputes all accusations against her after a wild anabolic weekend.

She did not refer to Pegs as an “unsound barn sour.”

She did, however, offer Pegs some friendly advice for the race track and Pegs declined saying “I will be responsible for my own path.”

Willoughby just announced his foaling date has been moved up but “all the other broodmares can get in line.” Any thoughts from Willoughby’s fans?

Pegs donated her yarn doll collection to the AVISF. (Active Volcanic Inanimate Sacrificial Foundation.) Do you think that creates any bad vibrations that my sacrifice a win?

This just in – Oscar ate an abandoned hamburger bun off of a busy sidewalk. Any idea where he might be?

Found out today that our most pachydermic race-phant turned down a Pulitzer in the late 70’s. Does that make him more or less competent for this race? We’d like to hear from you.

Our sir Willoughby, all over the derby tabloids for breaking up a series of celebrity marriages? Does this hurt his chance of winning?

Sure, Emma has stolen the hearts of many, but can she steal the win? We’ve caught wind of a past knee injury that might make that a little difficult. Anyone worried?

Welcome to the first-ever J. Peterman Derby Event. The interns have been working longer hours than planned so we hope you indulge them.

We have wrangled up five of the most competent race contestants for our first annual J. Peterman Derby Event.
